The Cemetery 70 starts out flat, like most cycling routes from Sunflower Cycling, and then heads for the hills. Before reaching the climbs, however, you have a good hour to loosen the legs and find your rhythm. "Jim's Tree" is located on this route, as well as some of the best rollers you could hope to glide up and over. The bike ride gets its name from the turnaround point, which is a centuries-old cemetery with incredible views and a well-appreciated water fountain. Like all cycling rides in the area, it is rare that you'll encounter vehicles and the roads are, for the most part, free of debris. (Though you may find a squished hedgehog or two.)
Below Are Photos And A Video Flyover With Profile of Cemetery 70
Bird on a Wire--Still-LifeIn an effort to update some photos for this ride, we went looking for amazing scenery, incredible color and the, you know, the sort of stuff that makes a ride memorable, which isn't always what you're expecting.

Water-Bottle Refill InsideThe cemetery of the Cemetery 70 sits alone on a hill overlooking a confluence of valleys and the Pyrenees Mountains. It's a quiet spot. View the Flyover for some "pretty pictures."
